Ventana Construction

Ventana Construction is an award-winning remodeling and custom home specialist.   Our company is focused primarily on whole-house remodels and additions.  We have completed a number of basement remodels that include digging down and pouring a new foundation, along with earthquake retrofitting.  We also work on dormer additions, bump-out additions at grade, and we also build backyard cottage DADUs in Seattle.  We are members of the MBA Built Green program and work with clients certify their projects.  When a home is too far gone to save, we work with our clients to build new custom homes, sometimes using the existing foundation.  We are a full-service remodeler and general contractor.
