We specialize in remodels (60% of business) and new construction.  Our remodeling projects range from restoration of some of Queen Anne and Capitol Hill’s premier 19th century homes to some of the regions most contemporary homes.

In new construction we lead in green building by being able to build everything from zero energy homes to homes with various green elements from building materials to energy efficient design as our clients desire.  We are able incorporate green and archiitectually complex elements into new homes through our automated building systems where we use computer technologies to design and cut the homes.  This allows us to cut complex designs and erect homes quickly.

But our main specialty is communication.  Residential projects involve numerous decisions whether it is a typical bathroom remodel or a custom home.  We feel we excel here because we make sure we understand our client’s vision allowing us to set realistic time lines, budgets, and expectations.
