          We are a family owned & operated firm with Ron Movshovitz at the helm as our resident general contractor & developer. Ron brings over 38 years of licensed knowledge & experience as a developer. Ron’s portfolio includes having built over 40 new homes, 14 shopping centers, 7 apartment buildings and hundreds of remodels. After having grown-up working on his father’s construction sites, David Movshovitz graduated law school and pursued a legal career in litigation for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office. At one point, David was asked to assist in the settlement of a client’s homeowner’s insurance claim after a big insurer neglected to act in good faith and compensate a client for their loss. Within a month that initial claim was settled by David for Eight Times the original settlement amount offered. Since that day, David joined our staff full-time and has cultivated a water & fire damage claims department. David and his staff advocate on behalf homeowners to ensure that their insurance company acts in good faith to settle all claims in a fair and just manner.

     Our in-house claims team now consists of IICRC certified experts, public adjusters, and certified expert witnesses from various construction related fields, such as structural & soil engineers as well as two associate attorneys that specialize in bad faith insurance claims. Our claims team fights to ensure that our clients attain the peace of mind that your claim will be settled in manner that ensures all damages sustained are repaired with no out of pocket costs to our client.

     We also offer 0% financing on all products as well of various conventional financing options upon request. We are a certified P.A.C.E. program contractor offering HERO, Cal-First, Ygrene, and various other energy efficient financing. All energy efficiency products must first be qualified under the P.A.C.E. financing program.
