Charles Lockwood, the owner/operator for Precise Home Services, has over 15 years of experience in the construction business. After working construction for several years he attended Philadelphia University and obtained a degree in Architecture.  He now utilizes his design and construction abilities to specialize in the repair and remodeling of the older classic homes in the Philadelphia area.

In order to make your experience the most fulfilling, Charles begins every estimate with an in home sketch and design process with the client. This method helps to conceptualize and develop the homeowners ideas and dreams while at the same time locking in a set project.

We’ve got all your needs covered: from residential remodels, to commercial damage repairs and everything in between.
