Each home is professionally designed by one of Dallas’ pre-eminent home designers. The interior finishes (cabinets, flooring, paint, brick color, etc.) are then selected by a professional designer. Brand name products like Electrolux, Lennox, Delta, Sherwin Williams Hardie, Schlage are used throughout the construction of each home. Each home is backed by a comprehensive 1 year warranty, a 2 year mechanical warranty and a 10 year structural warranty. The 10 year structural warranty is backed by Bonded Builders Warranty for your peace of mind. |
