Homework Remodels is a respected General Contractor & Home Remodeler located in the Valley of the Sun. First of all, we are dedicated to serving our clients in the most professional way possible. Secondly, our service area extends east of I-17 in Phoenix including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Gilbert, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Tempe, and Mesa. In addition, our showroom and office are centrally located in Phoenix at 4105 N. 20th Street, allowing us easy access to the east valley.

Homework Remodels was founded in 2005 ago by Steve Shinn.  He formed a referral base that has grown into one of the leading remodeling companies in the Valley. Because he included current and past clients from his previous successful home improvement business, Steve created a growing company that provides excellent customer service over and above the norm.

Steve is currently Chairman of the Board the Greater Phoenix Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). Likewise, he served as the President for NARI in 2011, 2015 and 2016. Steve is also the winner of the local 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015 & 2016 NARI Contractor of the Year award (CotY) for multiple categories and price ranges of home remodeling. Furthermore, he is also the only remodeler in Arizona certified by NARI in four fields; residential remodeling, green remodeling, universal design remodeling, plus kitchen & bathroom remodeling.

NARI is the nation’s only non-profit organization dedicated to education and ethics in professional remodeling.
