The name “Flat Creek” comes from the first property owned by our grandparents, Loyd and Vivian Hardin, in DeLeon, Texas. Our commitment to excellence was founded many years ago on this property. Our grandfather passed down the value of honor, pride, loyalty, and hard work. These qualities are present throughout the construction process and our goal is to leave your family in a home filled with love and commitment.
