Essex Homes will be welcoming over 650 families into the Essex family this year between all markets. Essex will continue ourgrowth and market expansion while maintaining much of our custom heritage as seen in the large number of original designs and the professional manner in which our new homes are built.

The corporate office, located in Lexington, South Carolina, houses many departments from drafting to accounting. The Columbia division office now houses the new Essex Homes Design Studio featuring our many selections and offerings. The central location and the vast array of choices offer convenience and customization to our homebuyers. Our Charlotte office is conveniently located off Carowinds Boulevard and has doubled the number of employees in the past two years. We are excited to announce that the new Design Studio for Charlotte is open! The studio is modern, fresh and offers the highest in technology and personal selections.
