Bobby Broussard is the founder and owner of Remodel Plano.

Born and raised in Industrial and Marine construction.

He switched to residential construction in 1983 during the Oil crash. He has been in residential construction ever since then.

Remodel Plano as a company enjoys nothing more than when other contractors, Engineers, or anyone for that matter, say it can’t be done. This is typically when we step in. We have not encountered anything insurmountable. From things as simple as relocating a free standing bathtub to installing a swimming pool on the 5th floor of a Downtown Dallas townhouse.

Bobby is not an officially licensed Engineer. He will design the perceived impossible and then have an officially licensed Engineer stamp it to approve. A large portion of Remodel Plano’s business comes directly from Engineers.

Here is what the company has achieved in the past 10 years:

– Close to 300 bathroom remodels.
– Over 20 room additions.
– 1 swimming pool on the 5th floor of a Dallas Townhouse.
– Removed over 240 Load Bering walls.

Particular achievements, having to use steel:

– 36 ft. span in a residential home with a pan ceiling.

– Garage repairs with the Master above.

– Balcony repairs.
