Founded by Marc Kleinmann in 2007, the Dallas-based design + build firm embodied the German Bauhaus name to communicate its commitment to the architectural integrity, craftsmanship, and technological integration of our structures. Honored by D Home magazine 7 years in row for Best Builders’ and earning back-to-back ARC Awards for Design, Bauhaus has established itself as trusted Dallas home design and build firm.

Founder, designer and German native Marc Kleinmann is known for his European building sensibility and construction of luxurious, high performance homes with the latest technology. Kleinmann holds a degree in Real Estate Development & Construction Management from the European Real Estate Academy in Saarbruecken, Germany and is a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Certified Green Professional. He also served on the board of Directors of the Dallas Builders Association and is a past chairman of the Green Built Texas program. “Stay true and authentic to style and create a comfortable, luxurious living environment” is Kleinmann’s philosophy, which enables him to create remarkable residences in a variety of styles.
